It is located in a gated community on the ground floor, with a balcony overlooking the garden and two swimming pools. It has air conditioning, cable TV and WIFI (internet is payable separately). It is located in Rua das Grevilleas on the Volta dos Choupos in the Falésia Marina Building, 750m from Vilamoura Marina and 900m from Falésia beach. We request a deposit of 25% of the total amount that will be fully refunded in case of cancellation thirty days in advance. The remaining amount is payable on the day of check in. At the time of entry a security deposit of € 100 is requested, which will be returned at the end if there is no damage / damage due to misuse … Usually check in is from 18:00 and check out until 13:30.
